The 18-Day Energy Healing Intensive begins on the 15th of January. This intensive is for you if you want to release deep-seated issues, especially those in your DNA that has been held for many generations. A major focus of this intensive is the opening of the heart centre. Many of us have learnt to shut off our heart centre as a means to protect ourselves from judgement, from loss of control and from being hurt. This shutting off from the heart now keeps us from experiencing life fully. For some it has closed off joy and acceptance of life and of themselves.

This intensive is long and does require commitment to yourself and your healing journey. It may be emotional as the deep-seated issues are released. It may be very light and joyful as you open your heart centre. You may enjoy high energy, clearing and healing in the most profound of ways.

I am looking forward to facilitating this intensive, as it will be the first 18-day intensive I facilitate. I am sure it will be deeply moving and healing for me and I will learn a lot during the 18 days.
