I don’t know if you are going through what I am at the moment, but if you are then you are not alone. Seems like my world is turning upside down. I am feeling out of sync with most things. So much is shifting that it’s a challenge to stay in balance. Yet the incredible thing is that although everything seems to be shifting, my sense of self is clearer now than it has ever been.
