Dear [YourName],
We are at the end of another month and moving more and more into lighter more radiant energies. As we move into the lighter energies time will seem to move faster and faster and living in the moment will be the only way to bring balance and stability to our lives.
The latest message from the masters is: "Allow For Grace In Your Every Moment." Please view the full sized Pictorial Version and read the accompanying Action Statement at the Messages For Your Journey website.
There have been many questions by subscribers that pertain to the exercise of surrendering, mainly the intensity of emotions and the tiredness that is felt, as one is consistent with surrendering. Please remember that the emotions and thoughts that arise once you have begun the exercise of surrendering arise so that you may surrender it. The issues we carry have many, many layers and as we begin surrendering, the many layers come up to be released. As we are consistent with the surrendering, we begin to live more consciously in the moment, we become more aware of our thoughts and emotions and it gets easier and easier to surrender. Through awareness we can exercise the choice, "Does this thought reflect my True Nature?" If it doesn’t I can choose to surrender it. The more we surrender to the Divine within, the more our thoughts and emotions are influenced by the Divine, and the power of Grace is manifested in our lives. With Grace comes effortlessness, the doing without doing or wu-wei.
Tiredness is felt with consistent surrendering because our energies are constantly shifting and transforming. This tiredness too is to be surrendered!
The last 9-day Distance Energy Healing Intensive ended up being a 11-day intensive as the guides asked for it to be extended on day 9! The participants were all ready spiritually for an even deeper release and the extra two days achieved that for them.
If you are one of those that still need confirmation that Distance Energy Healing works, the following excerpt will give you some food for thought:
Another recent small-scale study involving the effects of intercessory prayer on 40 humans was conducted with Elisabeth Targ and several of her colleagues at San Francisco’s California Pacific Medical Center, in conjunction with the Geraldine Brush Cancer Research Institute and UCSF. This randomized, double-blind study set out to determine the effects of distant healing on people suffering from advanced AIDS. With admirable attention to experimental detail, this study controlled for variation in severity and prognosis of different AIDS related illnesses, utilizing the Boston Health Study (BHS) Opportunistic Disease Score to measure the degree of AIDS-defining and secondary AIDS-related diseases. The 40 experienced distant healing practitioners in this study came from a wide variety of backgrounds and beliefs (including Christian, Jewish, Buddhist, Native American, and shamanic traditions as well as graduates of secular schools of bioenergetic and meditative healing). The distant healers (DH) were required to have had a minimum of five years regular ongoing healing practice, previous healing experience at a distance with at least ten patients, and previous healing experience with AIDS. These healers had an average of 17 years of experience and had treated an average of 106 patients at a distance. The prayer treatments continued for six months, over which the DH group required significantly fewer outpatient doctor visits, fewer hospitalizations, fewer days of hospitalization, fewer new AIDS defining diseases, and a lower illness severity level as defined by the BHS scale.

The next Distance Energy Healing Intensive is from the 2nd to the 10th of November 2005. Please register immediately if you are planning to do the intensive as there are only a few days left, and you will need to download the meditations.
I will leave you with the following words from the Peace Pilgrim:
"Working For Peace: A few really dedicated people can offset the ill effects of masses of out-of-harmony people, so we who work for peace must not falter. We must continue to pray for peace and to act for peace in whatever way we can. We must continue to speak for peace and to live the way of peace; to inspire others, we must continue to think of peace and to know it is possible. What we dwell upon we help to bring into manifestation. One little person, giving all of her time to peace, makes news. Many people, giving some of their time, can make history." - Peace Pilgrim - ‘Steps Toward Inner Peace’
Till the next message, may peace be your mainstay and clarity your guiding light.
Blessed Be, Jin Dhaliwal
