Being in allowance of well-being, is really just simply allowing yourself to be who you truly are.
All that you are experiencing outside of you comes from within you. When you flow with well being you create from this place of well-being. Your outer will begin to reflect the well being you feel within you.
Know this dearest one, the secrets are not out there somewhere. They are all within you already. Waiting for you to allow it to flow into your conscious awareness.
Stop many times, dearest one, during your day and breathe. Feel the flow of well-being. There is nothing to fix. You are already all that you want to be.
Just focus your awareness on what you want to experience and in so doing you will allow it to manifest. Yes, it is simple. So, so simple. Allow it to be simple. Through simplicity, experience magnificently.
The truth of who you are is Love, and the Kingdom of God is within you. You are everything, every possibility you can imagine. The moment you can see it through your imagination and feel it, you have already created it. Now just focus your awareness on it and you will birth it into the physical.
All is well, dearest one. All is truly, truly well.
