The Message:
I Surrender with Unshakable Faith and Absolute Trust

Dearest Beloved,

There are many tools available today to facilitate your journey into Mastery, into empowerment, into experiencing all that you desire.

Yet all these tools will take you only so far if you do not hold trust in God within your heart. God, Source energy, All that IS, is the essence of who you are.

Unshakable faith and absolute trust is experienced when there is a willingness to surrender into your faith and trust in God, surrendering into the essence of who you are.

When you are willing to surrender into your faith and trust you will come to know and experience infinite patience. For you will know that whatever you choose to experience will come to be.

When you surrender into your faith and your trust in God, Source energy, All that IS; things events, people move to bring to you that which you have chosen to experience.

Prosperity, love, joy, peace becomes your experience not because of what you do but because of who you are.

We say that again, Prosperity, love, joy, peace becomes your experience not because of what you do but because of who you are.

What blocks this from your experience, dearest beloved, is your doubt.

You doubt God, Source energy, All that IS, and so you doubt in yourself as the creator.

And when you hold doubt in your heart you experience impatience, not believing that the universe is moving to bring to you the events, people, things that you are wanting to experience in the most graceful of ways.

You may ask then, “How do I have unshakable faith and absolute trust in God, Source energy, All that IS? How do I have this trust in the essence of who I am?”

Dearest beloved, you make the choice, each day, each moment, to experience unshakable faith and absolute trust. When doubt creeps in, stop; take a deep breath and say, “Yes, I choose to experience unshakable faith and absolute trust in the Creator, God, Source energy, All that IS. Yes, I choose to have faith and trust in the essence of who I AM”.

Prosperity, love, joy, peace becomes your experience not because of what you do but because of who you are.

As you embrace unshakable faith and absolute trust your life becomes effortless.

Yes, words flow from you effortlessly. Yes.

Yes, you are literally moved to action effortlessly. Yes.

Yes, you give and you receive effortlessly. Yes.

Yes, you live and you die effortlessly. Yes.

Yes, you experience being the creator effortlessly.

Yes. Yes. Yes.

The Message:
I am worthy of God’s Love

The Source has one true love, and that is you. You are of Source. You are loved unconditionally by Source. You are precious beyond measure to Source.

And yet, deep within you, you carry the pain of separation, the anguish of being alone and the heartbreak of not being worthy enough to experience being the love of God.

All your fears stem from the illusory belief that you are separate from God. In believing that you are separate from God you have created the experience of being separate from and threatened by everything.

You live this out by resisting the flow of Goodness and Abundance to you. You mask this from yourself so well. You mask this with your emotions of anger, frustration, and self-pity. You mask this with the beliefs you uphold; of not being good enough, of being a victim, of being judged/not being accepted.

Dearest one, when you remove this belief of separation, all your pain and your fears will crumble.

Are you willing dearest one, to allow yourself the experience of being worthy of God’s love, of being the Love of God? If you are, then give the intent for it now. Open yourself and allow the flow of Goodness and Abundance. Light a candle to anchor your intent.

You may want to create a healing space for yourself before you light your candle. You may call forth the energies of the Masters and Angels to bear witness and hold the energy for you. As you light your candle put forth your intent and breathe in God’ Love, and as you breathe out, let it be with gratitude.

Remember to breathe in God’s Love often during the day. As you breathe in this Love you will begin to experience your oneness with the source of all creation.

If this were the only thing that you did, consciously breathing in the Love of god, repeatedly, repeatedly, repeatedly, then dearest beloved one, you will seek no more. For within your experience will be all that you have ever dreamed of.

You are God’s Love; You are God’s Joy.

Based on the premise that unresolved emotions can compromise our potential for happiness, EFT began as an effective remedy for phobias, addictions and war trauma. Vietnam Vets were finally able to sleep at night, smokers could choose fresh air, and paralyzing phobias lost their grip…all without medication!

Before long, EFT was providing relief for migraine headaches, sexual abuse trauma, and a wide assortment of everyday ailments. Fascinated by the results, founder Gary Craig taught the technique to therapists, clients and people on the street. He said “Try it on everything!” so they did. Since then, EFT has grown into a revolutionary healing aid, used by traditional therapists, medical professionals and alternative healers on everything from weight loss to cancer. The discovery behind this relief is that unresolved emotional issues are caused by disruptions in the body’s “subtle energies”. These disruptions inhibit our natural ability to heal, leaving us open to nagging fears, chronic pain and terminal illness.

Combining this emotional element with the ancient principles of acupuncture, EFT has been able to address the causes of these energy disruptions with a gentle tapping procedure (using the fingertips). Impressive results ensue because the process addresses causes instead of symptoms.

Most recently, advanced EFT applications have been demonstrated on clients with serious diseases at a series of workshops in the US and England. These workshops have drawn between 250—400 participants each, and clients have walked away with measurable relief from Parkinson’s Disease, Cystic Fibrosis, Diabetes, Chronic Fatigue Syndrome and Multiple Chemical Sensitivities, to name a few. Committed to the integration of traditional medicine with energy healing, Gary offers a free 79 page manual that includes the EFT Basics, a free e-newsletter, and very affordable training DVDs on the EFT website.

Practitioners around the world are trained to teach and apply EFT, and over 100,000 people receive the
EFT newsletter. It is also spreading internationally, and the EFT Manual has been voluntarily translated
into French, German, Italian, Spanish, Dutch, Persian and other languages. EFT is destined to become a
household word.

How Does EFT Work?

Energy meridians that run through our body can be blocked or disrupted by unresolved emotional issues,
thereby compromising our natural healing potential.

Quite often, people are aware of the events or memories that trigger emotional discomfort in their lives, but they
have not yet connected those memories to the symptoms of disease in their bodies. Using EFT, it is possible to
revisit the event(s) in question, and balance the disturbed meridians. Properly done, both emotional anguish and
the physical symptoms often subside.

Although based on acupuncture, EFT has simplified the realignment process by gently tapping on key meridian
points on the head, torso and hands. Traditional acupuncture needles are not necessary in this process.

Rouleaux, or blood cell clumping, corrected by using EFT…with before and after pictures.

This remarkable finding is offered as yet another fascinating EFT anecdotal report …this time with before and after photos.

Rouleaux is a medical term for a condition wherein the blood cells clump together forming what looks like stacks of coins. This is an unhealthy state because the cells are not free to absorb and carry oxygen. It is a pre-cursor to many serious diseases.

EFT practitioner Rebecca Marina went to her physician, Patricia Felici, ND for a checkup and, when Rebecca’s blood was examined under a microscope (Dark Field Microscopy), it contained substantial blood clumping. Rebecca then corrected this problem with a brief, self-administered EFT session and, when the blood sample was taken again (minutes later), the blood clumping disappeared.

This was astonishing to Dr. Felici because, normally, it takes many weeks of nutritional supplements to correct this condition.

A simple way to explain how the EFT strategies work is to use the analogy of a circuit breaker in your kitchen. Once the circuit is over-powered you cannot turn the lights on or get the refrigerator to cool until the circuit breaker has been reset. EFT resets the circuits in a person’s body and mind.

This acupressure-based healing modality was pioneered by renowned chiropractor, George Goodheart, furthered by medical doctor John Diamond and psychologist Roger Callahan and dramatically simplified and improved by Stanford engineer Gary Craig. With the initial aid of Adrienne Fowlie, Craig developed EFT and made the work elegant, efficient and affordable for almost anyone.

Many people have achieved success using only the 79 page EFT Manual (which is free and can be downloaded from www.emofree.com). More in depth training is available at modest cost through live seminars and EFT’s 57 professional videos. The favorite video of most practitioners is “6 Days at the VA”. It displays full EFT sessions with Vietnam veterans and clearly shows how these hospitalized soldiers (with Post Traumatic Stress Disorder) are freed from the horrors of war often in a matter of one or 2 sessions.

The creator within me beholds the creator within you. As I am writing this newsletter now I am engulfed by your presence. I am awed by our connection.  A connection beyond time and space.

It has been a while since the last message went out. It has been a time of growth, deepening faith and trust for many of us I am sure.

We are in times now that require certainty within us. The energetic pathway is smooth when we are certain of what we want to experience. When we are in doubt we enter an energetic turbulence that can rock our world. It pays to be mindful of your thoughts and to do some soul searching to gain clarity of what is really important to you.

A few months ago I had an experience that came to me very quietly during a meditation. About a month before this meditation I had been looking at a book lying on my desk by Nisargadatta Maharaj titled, ‘I Am That.’ I had been asking very persistently what Nisagadatta Maharaj meant when he said, ‘I am That.’  What did ‘That’ mean, what was the experience of ‘That’.

In the meditation, I experienced ‘That’. I know of no words that can describe the experience and I then understood why Nisargadatta Maharaj said, ‘I Am That’. There are no words that can describe the experience of ‘That’. In experiencing ‘That’, I now know who I Am, What I Am and where I Am from. I am at peace now with the game of life.
